Key Responsibilities
- Implement mastery learning architecture to provide tailored instruction, relevant practice, and continuous assessment.
- Maintain up-to-date learning plans for each student, ensuring efficient classroom operation and academic progression.
- Collaborate with the Head of School to analyze student data for informed instructional planning.
- Engage with families weekly to communicate student progress and expectations.

- Apply teaching methodologies that promote long-term retention and comprehension.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (any field) required, with a passion for both learning and teaching.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a school setting with classroom management responsibilities. Additional training provided as needed.
- Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken), deep understanding of academic content, and proficiency in school software applications.
- Certifications: Teaching certificate not required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of teaching experience, or specialized expertise.

Teaching Schedule

- Primarily indoor classroom setting, with team support for extracurricular supervision.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 annually, plus up to $2,000 bonus for meeting our targets.

- Full-time position, working 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 190 days/year with summers and holidays off.
